Toluna Group

I was thinking of interviewing members of the Toluna group. On their website, they define themselves as “A leading global online market research panel and survey technology company. Toluna offers market researchers access to the world's most highly profiled, responsive and rigorously maintained online panel for sample only and full service projects.”
I have a friend who was recently hired there, and he loves the job so far. I have contacted him earlier about a possible interview, and he is willing to sit down and tell me more about this business. I have not been in contact with the firm previously, so this project is as fresh as it gets for me.
More information about the firm states that “Toluna offers panel building services to market research professionals and is widely regarded within the industry as the primary source of panel creation and management expertise. Toluna has successfully created panels for niche B2B and B2C targets from hundreds to tens of thousands of members.”
Since I am still new to this company and the field it operates in, most of my knowledge will be obtained from asking the company’s employees questions about the industry they work in. So far, the questions I have garnered are as follows:
- How did this company first start out?
- What services does the company offer on a global scale?
- Do you believe such service is required by the business world today?
- Is this field a potential ground breaking business field that could grow exponentially?
- What sort of competition does this company face on a mundane basis?
- What other challenges does the company face?
I am sure that more questions will yield as the interview progresses, but these are the most suitable questions I could come up with so far.
